Use Rescue when the project needs near-term stabilization direction

This intensive is designed for a project where:

Schedule or delivery risk is already material.

The project is under leadership, customer, or organizational scrutiny.

Decisions, dependencies, or ownership gaps are blocking credible progress.

The next 72 hours and seven days require deliberate priorities.

This engagement is not emergency operations coverage, a guarantee of recovery, or an open-ended project management retainer.

WHAT YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVE

A focused stabilization document for a project under pressure

Your one-page brief captures the working assessment, immediate priorities, and preliminary path forward without pretending that one session can guarantee recovery.

Pay the fixed fee

Once enabled, pay $1,250 first through the verified Stripe checkout.

02

Complete text intake

Complete the deeper text intake. Approved document-transfer instructions will follow separately only after the secure provider controls pass validation.

03

Book the intensive

Book within 14 calendar days after payment with at least 72 hours of lead time. Times are shown in Mountain Time unless clearly converted by the booking provider.

Provide the minimum material needed to understand the project

Begin with text intake. If approved transfer instructions are later provided, the fixed-fee material allowance is:

Up to 6 relevant files and 60 total pages

Maximum combined transfer size of 25 MB

PDF, DOCX, XLSX, or PPTX only

No archives, executables, macro-enabled files, or password-protected files

No credentials, full payment-card data, classified data, or PHI without a separate written arrangement

Only material the purchaser is authorized to disclose; excess material requires separate written scope

Direct upload is disabled until an approved secure provider and deletion workflow are configured and tested. Use text intake only until Acute PMC provides approved transfer instructions. Acute PMC is not a document-storage or records-management service. Clients are responsible for retaining their own source materials and delivered briefs. Acute PMC may retain submitted project files for up to 30 days after delivery of the applicable brief. After 30 days, those files may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable. Clients should not expect Acute PMC to retain or reconstruct submitted project data after that period. Provider backups may persist according to provider capabilities and documented deletion cycles.
