Information collected
Acute PMC may receive contact information, payment confirmation, project intake responses, scheduling information, communications, and project materials you choose and are authorized to provide. Complete payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not intended to be collected directly by Acute PMC.
How information is used
Information is used to process purchases, evaluate engagement fit, prepare for and deliver sessions, produce the applicable written brief, schedule and communicate with clients, maintain necessary business records, protect the service, respond to requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Information you should not submit
Do not submit information you lack authority to disclose, passwords or authentication secrets, complete payment-card information, classified information, unnecessary confidential material, or PHI or similarly regulated sensitive information unless Acute PMC has separately approved an appropriate written handling arrangement. Do not email project files, credentials, card data, or unusually sensitive documentation.
Service providers
Acute PMC may use only the provider categories needed for the final workflow, such as payment processing, scheduling, intake or forms, email, hosting, and approved file handling. Providers receive only the minimum access reasonably necessary for service delivery and operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Direct Rescue file upload remains disabled until the selected provider’s transfer, storage, access, retention, and deletion controls are validated.
Sharing
Acute PMC does not sell client data, share client or project information for advertising, or use intake or project information for behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed to verified providers only as reasonably necessary to deliver the service, when the client authorizes the disclosure, or when disclosure is required by law.
Retention and deletion
Acute PMC is not a document-storage or records-management service. Clients are responsible for retaining their own source materials and delivered briefs. Acute PMC may retain submitted project files for up to 30 days after delivery of the applicable brief. After 30 days, those files may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable. Clients should not expect Acute PMC to retain or reconstruct submitted project data after that period. Intake responses and internal diagnostic or working notes may be retained for up to 90 days after engagement completion, then deleted unless a legitimate business or legal requirement justifies retention. The final brief, terms record, and essential business correspondence may be retained for approximately three years. Payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and legally required records may be kept as reasonably necessary. Provider backups may persist according to provider capabilities and documented deletion cycles. Reasonable deletion requests will be honored when possible except where continued retention is needed for those legitimate purposes.
Cookies and analytics
Acute PMC launches without optional advertising or behavioral analytics. The site does not intentionally use Meta Pixel, LinkedIn advertising pixels, session replay, behavioral advertising trackers, or unnecessary third-party trackers. Project names, project details, intake answers, uploaded-document information, and payment details must not be sent to analytics. Any future measurement system requires separate privacy and consent review.
Security
Acute PMC uses data minimization and limits access to information needed for service delivery. Approved providers should use least-privilege access, MFA where supported, appropriate encryption capabilities, documented deletion workflows, and reasonable incident escalation. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Direct Rescue file upload remains disabled until the provider and handling controls are verified.
Privacy choices and requests
Privacy questions and reasonable access, correction, or deletion requests may be sent to Andrew.Davenport@acutepmc.com. Acute PMC may verify the requester appropriately, log the request, coordinate with relevant providers, complete handling that is appropriate and legally available, and document closure. Do not send project files, credentials, complete payment-card information, or unusually sensitive documentation with a privacy request.
Children
The website and consulting engagements are intended for business users and are not directed to children.
Changes
Acute PMC may update this policy as services, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective information will be posted on this page when published.
